Mesabi Metallics is launching a major hiring push as we move toward full commercial operations!

We are now hiring for operator roles across our concentrator, pellet plant and mining operations — building a highly skilled workforce at Minnesota’s first new mine and pellet plant in nearly 50 years. This is the first stage of operational hiring, with additional opportunities expected throughout 2026 as startup activities continue to expand.
