USING MYSELF AS EXAMPLE
SOMETIMES YOU JUST NEED TO TAKE CONTROL & RESET!
After 2.5 years not being able to run due to heart issues, doctors debilitating me with medications that attacked my joints and destroyed my gut health, not to mention situations within life that threw me off track with making it difficult to keep my daily routine, it was time to say NO to all take CONTROL and reset!
Health & Fitness does not come easy to all. We all know that sometimes in life there are set backs and we have to realize that we just can’t pick up where we left off. Whether a beginner or not, starting at the bottom isn’t a bad thing. With taking the baby steps each day you will see your progress and look back at your first day and see how far you have come and actually be amazed with yourself!
FOR ME: This is not my normal outdoor 6 mile 8 min run but I got 3 miles with no splits! Three months ago at my reset I couldn’t run 1 min straight without gasping for air , heart pounding out of my chest & just feeling awful due to all that has been done to me.
But here I am today with the baby steps! Healthy Gut, no meds, and 3 miles!
It’s all about what YOU want for yourself! For me it is a healthy gut (which BTW..controls all) yet enjoy the finer things in life, to feel good and accomplished each day! So be it I had to start at that bottom again! But the ending when I am back to where I left off will be just amazing to see!
So if you are one who wants to be healthy & enjoy life ….don’t fear what you think you CANNOT do, yet take the baby steps to see what you CAN do!!! “It’s not how you START, it’s how you FINISH!”
