Excessive heat exposure is very dangerous. This is for everyone. Please stay home if you don't have to go out. Drink plenty of water daily. Sip water throughout the day. Keep your air conditioner running on at least 72 throughout the day. Please check on your neighbors and make sure they are safe, especially our seniors. Let's take care of each other!
