I had such a fun time joining Shelley McGuire on The Peel Talk Tuesday (we recorded this in early February).

We talked leadership, career pivots, and what I’ve learned working across the many federal agencies I’ve served in.

It may surprise some people that I speak pretty often and still cringe a little hearing myself talk 😂 but this conversation felt real and easy, so I wanted to share it anyway.

And of course I had to add something about my 250 pairs of sneakers as an icebreaker. 👟

One of my standout moments last year was being a panelist at the Engage FedGov event in College Park, MD, where I had the honor of sharing the stage with top thought leaders in the Federal space. I was also recognized at the event, making the experience even more meaningful.

A special thanks to OrangeSlices and Shelley’s Events for organizing such a powerful discussion on government-industry collaboration to address emerging challenges.
