Family and friends 💕 I don’t know this young lady… but as I was preparing for our first guests for this property via Airbnb… congratulations to my client 🤗 …

This young entrepreneur sat outside her home, with a full hot cocoa stand! ☕️ cups, whipped cream, the works. She even had an entire menu. Boss! 📊

I didn’t buy hot chocolate because I’m a total germophobe but I did chat with her about starting (AND running) a business and dropped $20 dollars via her cash app.

I post this as a call to action to suppprt. I’ll never know if we made her Christmas amazing… I’ll never know if you sent or not… BUT if you’re moved, send her some change… $5, $10, whatever.

💡 SAVVY TIP! Are you using your cell phone to take pictures and record videos for your business? If so, GREAT JOB! After all, it's all about the visuals, right?

A good tip to remember is to check your lighting. Whether you are indoors or outside, the angle of your lighting can make or break your image.

Take a few test shots, see how you look, and make the necessary adjustments. If you're doing a live video, these tips are especially helpful!

🌟 We are all striving to keep up production, return those all important phone calls, and nurture our clients.

Take 30 minutes and step away from the desk. Or, set a goal to end your work day at 5:00 PM. Spend the evening with family, or schedule a virtual chat session with some friends.

While we are all trying to keep things as normal as possible, we have to remember that pouring from an empty cup serves no one.
