Ministry is not about titles, recognition, or standing in front—it is about a heart that is willing to serve even when no one is watching. True ministry is found in humility, in obedience, and in the quiet moments of faithfulness where only God sees your sacrifice.
Just like oil poured over the head, the anointing of God is not given for display but for purpose. It flows to those who are surrendered, those who choose to kneel before they stand, and those who serve before they lead.
Many seek positions, but God is looking for servants. Many desire influence, but God honors faithfulness. Because in His kingdom, greatness is not measured by status—but by service.
When your heart is aligned with God, even the simplest act—cleaning, helping, giving—becomes holy. Every unseen effort becomes worship. Every act of service becomes a testimony.
Stay humble. Stay faithful. Stay willing.
Because the same God who anoints you in private will use you in public—not for your glory, but for His.

🌸🌿 Two years of Saltwater Blooms 🌿🌸

And what a beautiful two years it’s been.

At the same time, I’m stepping away from groundskeeping at the Saltwater Cottage. It’s bittersweet, because loving and tending the Cottage has meant so much to me.🌱🪻

God has more, new, uncharted territories and how blessed am I to get to move, shift, and be placed where He needs me. I’m learning to trust His leading. 💓💓💓

Saltwater Blooms is still becoming, and I’m okay with that. Let's garden, share stories, delight in His creation while praising the Creator. 🙌🌸🌿

I stopped by Saltwater Cottage today and it felt like stepping straight into spring 🌿✨🌸

I got to drop off fresh eggs for the weekend 🥚 and couldn’t help but soak in all the beautiful new pieces that just arrived, from the moss-covered birdhouses to the incredibly real-looking faux florals, every corner is blooming with charm.

There are sweet little birds and butterflies tucked throughout 🐦🦋, unique artwork, and the prettiest candle holders, giving that coastal charm 🌊
It truly feels like the Cottage has come alive with the season.

If you’re nearby, it’s definitely worth a visit this weekend 💛 The gardener in me couldn’t resist a moss birdhouse, a wooden heart that will go straight into my garden, and a blessing ring for the Lord to touch and encourage a broken heart. 🌿🙏
