When it’s hot outside, the LAST thing I’m doing is turning on the oven! 😂☀️
The air fryer has seriously been a lifesaver lately, and these Philly Cheesesteak-Inspired Stuffed Peppers did NOT disappoint! 🫑🥩🧀
Loaded with seasoned beef, onions, garlic, cream cheese, Worcestershire and plenty of melty cheese… then straight into the air fryer until the peppers are tender and that cheese is golden and bubbly. 🤤
Quick. Easy. No heating up the whole dang kitchen. 🙌
I put the full recipe together on a Hill Creative Company, LLC recipe card so you can save it for the next time you’re staring into the fridge wondering what the heck to make. 😂❤️

🥒 When someone gives you garden cucumbers… you make something delicious! 🍤🥑

A local friend gifted me some fresh cucumbers from their garden yesterday, and I already know exactly what I’m doing with them this week! 😍

These Blackened Shrimp Avocado Cucumber Bites are fresh, light, a little fancy, and SO easy to put together. Crisp cucumber + creamy guacamole + spicy blackened shrimp = one heck of a little bite. 🤤

I’m adding these to the menu in my kitchen this week, and of course I had to turn the recipe into a little Hill Creative recipe card to share!

Sometimes the best recipes start with something as simple as a bag of garden cucumbers. 💚
