I thought I had better make a post to let everyone know that I have moved. We move about a month ago to Nebraska City NE. I will still be offering the same service I offered in KC. You can mail your shears and blades to me. I will turn them around in 24 hours. I look forward to continuing as your sharpener. My new address:

I wanted to let everyone know, Sundog Sharpening will be at the Midwest Regional Quilt Show on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Doors open at 9 am. It is open until 5 pm on Thursday and Friday, and 4 pm Saturday. We will be in booth 100.
Since out of the over 600 vendors, Steve is the only sharpener, we hope to be very busy.
They will have three ballrooms filled with quilts on display, plus ones on display and hopefully for sale 🤞🏻🤞🏻 in vendor booths.
Come on out and see us, and don’t forget to bring your scissors, pinking shears and thread cutting scissors!

We will be shutdown for a couple of weeks. I need to have sharpening wheel resurfaced. On Monday my wife will be having knee replacement surgery, and I will need to be a nurse,cook and bottle washer. I am sure I will be supervised.

We are at Hillside Christian Church today and tomorrow for the Nighttime Needlers Quilt show, 900 NE Vivion Road in the Northland.
You will get to see some amazing quilts that are not only beautiful, they are works of art. The hours are 9-5 Friday, and 9-4 Saturday.
Don’t forget to bring your scissors, we will make sure they are sharp enough to cut wet toilet paper! Standard scissors and sewing scissors are $8, pinking shears are $10, and small sewing scissors are $6.

Come on out this weekend! Sundog Sharpening will be at the Nighttime Needlers’ Quilt Show at Hillside Christian Church, 900 NE Vivian Road in the Northland.
