Front of nose come 8 inch crack

This was brought to me by a customer that had a local company that performed this aluminum pontoon toon repair job and welding , this company is a licensed and bonded and insured company and has a large shop located on Hancock Rd and hwy 95 in Bullhead City AZ . Now I am not talking bad about them I am not here to degrade anyone as a matter of fact that's not what I am about , on the other hand I am here to pick you up and not put you down , my words to customer were if it don't leak than it's a success and as for appearance I can clean it up some with a grinder and add a little to it and smooth out the weld bead profile and turn up the heat to make sure the filler rod flattens out the nose come on the boat just forward of this work has about an 8 inch split seem crack running horizontally under the stabilizing front finn

Welded the lugs on the container , and built the posts for the opposite side of the canopy this kit calls for 2 cargo containers and so welded out the lugs in 3 places on both sides and on side of container overhead with 6010 root pass and 7018 cap all 1/8 inch rod , the lugs were every 5ft on centerthe posts we used 2x2x0.95 tube steel with 3/8 inch square plate with 2 inch outside diameter heavy walled pipe, for the ni**le 9 of them that measured 9 ft above ground 21/2 ft below ground with 3 bags of concrete on it post they were solid and this canopy came out very nice
