**Hiring: Digital Marketing & Web Specialist (Remote – Full Time)**

**Hours:** Full-Time | Monday–Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
**Pay:** Based on experience

Lowrey Public Adjusting LLC is a Texas-based public insurance adjusting firm that helps homeowners and property owners navigate the insurance claims process and recover what is rightfully owed under their policy. We are growing and looking for a skilled Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to strengthen our online presence and generate qualified leads.
**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Web Specialist who can build and manage our online presence, develop marketing campaigns, and optimize lead generation systems.
**Responsibilities:**
**Website Development & Management**
• Build and maintain company websites and landing pages
• Optimize website speed, functionality, and user experience
• Improve SEO rankings and site visibility
• Manage integrations, forms, and lead capture systems
• Maintain hosting, plugins, and website security
**Digital Marketing**
• Create and manage Facebook ad campaigns
• Assist with Google Ads campaign setup and optimization
• Develop lead-generation funnels and landing pages
• Monitor ad performance and optimize ROI
• Track and report campaign results
**Social Media Management**
• Create and schedule engaging content
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, and business social channels
• Increase engagement and audience growth
• Support brand consistency across all platforms
**SEO & Content Strategy**
• Improve organic search rankings
• Research keywords and optimize content
• Create or coordinate blog/content strategy
• Improve local SEO presence
**CRM & Automation**
• Build and manage lead pipelines
• Set up automations and follow-up systems
• Organize lead tracking and reporting
• Improve lead conversion workflows
**Qualifications:**
• Strong experience building websites (WordPress preferred)
• Experience managing Facebook Ads and digital campaigns
• SEO knowledge and implementation experience
• Experience with CRM systems and automations
• Strong understanding of lead generation
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva preferred)
• Strong English communication
• Highly organized and self-managed
• Must have reliable high-speed internet
• Must own and maintain your own computer, equipment, and backup systems necessary to perform the role without interruption
• Must maintain a professional remote work environment suitable for daily business operations
**Preferred Skills (Bonus):**
• GoHighLevel experience
• Google Ads certification
• Funnel-building experience
• Basic video editing
• Insurance industry experience (not required)
