This week we're shining the spotlight on our amazing Customer Engagement Manager, Shelley! 💙

By day, Shelley is hard at work behind the scenes making sure our families, partners, and team members have an exceptional experience. Her attention to detail, caring heart, and dedication help keep everything running smoothly at Oasis Senior Advisors.

But when the workday ends, Shelley trades her office hat for her favorite role—Chicken Mom! 🐔🥚 Her adorable flock lives in what can only be described as a luxury chicken condo, and rumor has it they produce the most delicious eggs around!

As if managing work and her feathered friends wasn't enough, Shelley is also busy preparing for a very special milestone—her baby girl is getting married in just a few weeks! 💍👰

Shelley somehow manages to juggle it all with grace, kindness, and a smile. We are so grateful for everything she does and couldn't imagine our team without her.
