The two-handed backhand isn’t about power. It’s about timing and hip rotation — and nobody teaches that part.
Here’s the drill that finally made it click:

2️⃣ Paddle under the ball
3️⃣ Rotate shoulders/hips first, hands follow
4️⃣ Contact point out in front — not by your hip
Do this 20x a day for a week and watch your backhand go from “please don’t hit it there” to your actual weapon on the court.
