This is about people! All the people in these pictures are creating including our President Rob Harper. There are many who talk, but this group of pioneers are in the and these amazing people walk the talk.

Clean consists of multiple sources of new . Believing that our children’s future cannot depend on the current energy sources, and more people means more power. That change requires more , better ideas, sacrifice, and compromise. Supporting green energy means we promise our we can do better than the past. Fossil fuel, nuclear, and fracking is not environmentally a long term solution. But combining all of these , redistributing , creating new technologies is going to have growing pains and adjustments must be made to save our environment. As we want to have as little impact on the as possible, and no we did not do it well the first 100 years of the Industrial Revolution. But we can learn and change the future. For the children! When we look at the future we need to keep in mind that we have to make it our goal to try and leave a better than how we found it. Diverse Or Not

Happy St Patricks Day! The Irish ☘️ were the first imported workers in America. American history is what it is and we have to accept how this land was formed and always learn and not repeat the mistakes of the past.
There are 33M in accounting for 43.5% of our GDP. These are the small businesses that ALWAYS carried this country and made America “the land of opportunity” even 300 years ago. For many who want to start up and grow a business or build a career here in a free market, you can come here legally with a suitcase and a little money and change your life trajectory.
We have all seen it and have heard the stories but one common denominator that always exists in success is

Weekend opinion….
The 3 to 4 day work week will be established in the next 5 years as normal practice. and work will increase because existing leases will expire and why force people to sit in a cube and be miserable? Especially after the last 3 years proved that employees are happier and more when remote, and this is a fact.
Real Estate will never be the same and those big corporate landlords who made millions every month is a trend of the past. 60% occupancy when leases expire makes the decision easy for a to create smaller and remote offices where their talent is. Just think of the cost on and created when the population is to a city to sit in a cubical when this work can all be performed remotely. Ummm talk about goals and changing our thinking!!!
Will there will always be jobs that require to be on the site? It is going to be crazy once is released? For sure! But one thing for sure, the days of filled up office spaces 9-5, 5 days a week, are gone!
The AI robots are coming, the C suite will replace us with them, and we better realize where our children will find a job.
