🚨 New Episode Alert: The Earley Show πŸŽ™οΈ
Christopher Earley is joined by Angel Reyes III, Founder and President of Angel Reyes & Associates. Angel explains how narrowing his focus, measuring every marketing dollar and building strong operations helped him grow a Dallas personal injury firm to about 650 people and more than 550 jury verdicts.

This episode covers:
πŸ“Ί How a $50,000 bet on Univision in 1994 launched the firm, and why he later shut off all broadcast media to go fully digital.
🎯 Why cutting mass torts and everything outside auto and truck cases helped the firm grow.
πŸ“Š "If you can't measure it, don't spend it": how real attribution took the ego out of his marketing budget.

πŸŽ™οΈ "If you can't measure it, don't spend it."

On The Earley Show, Angel Reyes tells Christopher Earley about the years when his TV ads were running everywhere and people treated him like a Dallas Cowboy. Waiters knew his name, and so did the valets. But he didn't want his ego deciding where the marketing budget went.

Once his firm started tracking every dollar, the rule was simple: if a channel couldn't be measured, it didn't get funded. Sticking to that has helped the firm grow its case volume 5x in about five and a half years.

Is your firm paying for brand awareness or for results? πŸ‘‡

πŸŽ™οΈ "Mark my words right now, I do think that CRM systems are on their way out."

On the latest episode of The Earley Show, Jenn Gore, founder of Evergreen Business Coaching, tells Christopher Earley that AI is already reaching into every part of the law firm, from auditing to case management. She thinks the CRM, one of the most familiar tools in legal tech, is "in major threat."

Jenn also explains why she wouldn't sign a long-term software contract right now, and what firms should watch as AI platforms mature.

Is your firm ready for what comes after the CRM? πŸ‘‡

🚨 New Episode Alert: The Legal Intake Experts πŸŽ™οΈ
Nick Werker is recording from home at half his usual volume because his six-week-old son is asleep down the hall. He and Tony Prieto use his first weeks as a new dad to get at a bigger question: is your law firm ready for the things you can't put on a calendar?

This episode covers:
πŸŽ’ Why every firm needs an emergency "go bag" of tools, workflows and a trained team, and why you need to build it before you need it.
πŸ“ž How to change your answering service setup so calls and consultations are still covered while you step away.
πŸ“‰ Why "the leads suck" is never the whole story, and why the firm owner is ultimately responsible for intake and marketing results.
