power. I wanted to share something personal, I didn’t start out confident, fully attuned to my magic, and ready to help others achieve big dream goals. I wasn’t always the intuitive leader I am today. My story begins with a little girl who had nothing—growing up in an unconventional and chaotic environment of poverty, homelessness, and hard struggle. Surrounded by dysfunction, I felt trapped in a cycle that seemed impossible to break. But even then, deep in my soul, I knew I was different. I had the hunger to change my life. I had the guts to defy the expectations placed on me and rewrite my story. Though I had no clarity, no power, and no roadmap, I made a commitment to myself: I would never let go of my authentic self. I would find a way to build a life that honored my wild energy while creating a solid foundation for growth and success. Burlesque became my medicine. It was more than an art form—it was a reclamation of confidence, sovereignty, and self-expression. Through over a decade of teaching this transformative craft, I’ve helped countless women rediscover their power. I taught them to stand boldly in their truth, embrace their sensuality, and move with intention. I became the “Body Movement Medicine Mama,” guiding men and women to reconnect with their bodies, heal their inner wounds, and emerge as unapologetic forces of nature. Through burlesque, I saw firsthand how reclaiming confidence can radically transform lives. I realized the confidence and sovereignty I helped people discover through burlesque was just the beginning. My women were powerful, self-pioneering badasses who needed more than just dance—they wanted to fully transform all the facets of their lives. Confidence and authentic soul power bleeds into every aspect of your life. Like energy running through your veins and helping you know your next move clearly. Now I am a somatic and manifestation coach, a life hack strategist, and a deeply intuitive guide for women like you ready to elevate to their next level. My work centers around uncovering, recognizing, and changing limiting beliefs and patterns that keep women small and feeling unsure or like they’re not good enough. When my clients begin to understand the chokehold of their old stories and embody the practice of shifting their mindset and body energy, they will step into their full feminine power.
