We are thankful for all your support, and the overwhelming requests that pushed a small home based decal business concept into Nevada's #1 Full Service Print Shop in 1 years time.
We've worked nights, weekend, sometimes 24-48 hours straight to get orders out. We've had amazing experiences, touched peoples hearts, but have also struggled and continue to struggle daily. But we've always seemed to make it out the other side.
Going forward into the next year wont be easy. We're facing complete equipment failure at this time. Sitting on $30,000 worth of equipment (retail) and nothing seems to be working but our old cutter we started with a year ago. We hope to have equipment fixed or replaced ASAP and back to the grind. Untill then, we'd like to appologise to anyone with outstanding job orders. We're working on it. Especially the business on the square that has been in limbo for weeks, with 1\2 finished signage and a million excuses (all valid) why its not complete. We are working on it. Pushing until we drop!
