What Are We Working on Wednesday?

This week we’re in New Albany’s Preserve neighborhood giving this beautiful MI Showcase Home a fresh new look. We repainted all the trim and replaced quite a bit of the original “Smart Trim”… which we like to call “Dumb Trim.” It’s basically a particleboard product with a wood veneer that just doesn’t hold up over time.

Now this home is buttoned up, protected, and shining again!
