Meet Nicole – Accel’s Director of Quality
At Accel, quality is more than a final check — it’s a culture. And Nicole is the one making sure that culture shows up on every production line, every shift, every time.
Since stepping into her role, Nicole has raised the bar by building stronger training programs, refining quality checks, and establishing real-time client feedback systems. The result? Fewer issues, smoother processes, and greater confidence in every unit we deliver.
She’s hands-on, solutions-focused, and fiercely protective of her team — which is exactly why they trust her to lead.
“We’ve built in so many layers of quality — if one person misses something, there’s another checkpoint behind them. It’s about building quality into the process, not just checking it at the end.”
Ask Nicole what she’s most proud of, and she’ll talk about her team — like watching a team member become a frontline leader during peak season or seeing younger team members grow in maturity and ownership.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys gardening, reading, riding her motorcycle, and volunteering at the Mid-Ohio Food Bank.
