Ntera Ntera provides leading-edge Internet, Video, and Voice services through a 100% fiber optic network.

With the ever-changing technology and need for faster, more reliable services, Chippewa Valley Electric Cooperative (CVEC), located in Cornell, WI and Citizens Connected, located in New Auburn, WI have joined together with the goal of bringing Fiber-Fast broadband services to underserved areas throughout the Chippewa Valley. CVEC and Citizens Connected are excited to announce their joint venture, Ntera. Ntera will begin the first phase of construction to the Holcombe area in the fall of 2017 with expansion plans to follow. Surveys conducted by both CVEC and Citizens Connected have identified Holcombe as one of the many areas in the Chippewa Valley that have no internet access, or limited access at best. Ntera’s mission is to provide homes and businesses with leading-edge Internet, Video, and Voice services through a 100% fiber optic network. Ntera will provide Fiber-Fast Internet with speeds up to 1 Gig.

Things are getting loud again in Jim Falls! πŸŽοΈπŸ’¨

For this first edition of Beyond the Connection, we’re featuring Haas Speedway, a 3/8-mile clay oval dirt track formerly known as Eagle Valley Speedway.

Steve & Kim Haas purchased the Speedway back in August and officially kicked off their first race this past weekend! From high-energy weekend racing to special performance events, Haas Speedway is bringing the excitement with an intimate, family-friendly grandstand atmosphere that makes every lap worth watching.

Whether you’re a lifelong racing fan or just looking for some good old-fashioned Wisconsin weekend fun, there’s a seat waiting for you!
