Sharing Ideas. Raising the Standard.

It was great spending time today with Ben Brinkopf from C&W Appliance Service in Dallas, Texas. Ben and I had the opportunity to share best practices, ideas, and perspectives on our businesses, our employees, customer service, and the appliance service industry as a whole.

One of the best ways to move our industry forward is for strong companies to learn from one another. While C&W and Akrit operate in different markets, we share a commitment to innovation, developing great people, improving the customer experience, and continually raising the standard of professional appliance service.
