’Tis the Season to Fire Things Up!

From roll to finished box, these Flint Kindle Fire Starting Kit boxes are a great example of how wide-format printing and structural finishing come together to create retail-ready packaging that works as good as it looks.

Produced in two versions, each box starts with 3 mil white promotional vinyl, printed 4-color process on our Canon Colorado roll-to-roll printer. From there, the graphics receive a matte laminate, are mounted to B-flute corrugated, precision cut on our Zünd, then folded, glued, and carton packed.

When Crossmark was asked to develop a durable solution for a gift box holding three products, our team got to work finding the perfect balance of protection, presentation, and functionality.

We upgraded the carton stock to 24 pt. and designed a custom internal spacer to keep all three products securely in place during shipping.

Here's how we brought it to life:

Printed CMYK on our six-color KBA Rapida LED UV 40" press.

Precision die-cut on our Iberica Pro die-cutter with blanking.

Applied a clear plastic window during the first pass through our Omega folder/gluer, followed by folding and gluing during a second pass.

Scored the internal spacer in four locations and glued it to create a sturdy support structure.

From structural design and material selection to printing, die-cutting, and finishing, our team brings the expertise to solve packaging challenges from start to finish.

Because when it comes to packaging, it's what's on the inside that counts, too.

A Little Luxury, Perfectly Packaged!

When Crossmark was tasked with creating a custom perfume box to hold four individual vials, we knew the perfect packaging would require more than a pretty exterior.

Starting with an existing sample, our team made structural adjustments, developed several prototypes, and refined the design until we had a finished package that combined form, function, and a touch of luxury.

Here's how we brought it to life:

Printed CMYK with coating over black on 18 pt. C1S using our six-color KBA Rapida LED UV 40"" press.

Precision die-cut and perforated on our Iberica Pro die-cutter with blanking.

Automatically folded and glued on our Omega folder/gluer.

From the first prototype to the final fold, every detail matters.
