Meet Matt 👋

Matt is the VP of Client Services at iuvo, where he focuses on one of the most important parts of delivering a great client experience: putting the right people in the right place.

After nearly 12 years at iuvo, Matt has worn a number of hats including time on our consulting team, and that experience gives him a unique perspective on how to build and support high-performing teams.

Today, he helps determine who is best suited for different projects and client needs, organizes teams, balances workloads, and works to make sure our clients have the right expertise behind them. He’s also deeply involved in hiring, with a particular passion for protecting and strengthening the culture that makes iuvo what it is.

Fun fact: Matt is a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, enjoys rock climbing and drumming, and recently completed a pretty ambitious DIY project: building a sauna. ☕🧗🥁
