A former Aerospace engineer, Dale has been pastoring and leading churches for 25 years in the USA and Australia. Dale is currently senior pastor at Edwardstown Baptist Church in Adelaide, Australia. Dale and his Texas native wife, Laura have been married for 34 years. His greatest joy in life today is being a “poppy” to 3 beautiful grandchildren. In addition to his pastoral experience, Dale has formal ICF training as an executive coach. He loves investing in the growth and success of other people.
