As a bookkeeper, I often think about things a little differently when I go to another business, stay at a hotel, etc.
Did you see this couple that climbed to the top of the Empire State Building antenna? A lot of people are saying it's a publicity stunt for their Netflix documentary, or maybe they're even making a new one.
That made me think about their business expenses.
While their fines for climbing the antenna aren't deductible because it's illegal, their legal fees, travel, marketing costs, editing & production costs, are all deductible business expenses.
Do you think it was worth it if it was a publicity stunt?
I've already added their current documentary to my Netflix list. đ
Two people climbed to the top of the Empire State Building Wednesday afternoon and unfurled a banned on top of its spire.
