Every one of us has those days where we just feel like we can't get over that bump in the road, feel like we aren't ever going to turn a corner, we want to lay down and go to sleep hoping that the day will end, even looking to abandon all that we have worked for just to go the easy route....

Well, today was one of those days for me.

has been going well and I have been learning a TON in the process of building it. I am no where near where I want to be in my business but I know that I will get there.

Today was a day to say the least though.

I completed my tasks that I set out to complete BUT felt like I got nothing productive done today.

In reality, I just wanted to give up....

I've posted and pinned what I call the 10 Commandments of and it is something I believe and accepted a long time ago but today was JUST PLAIN HARD and all I wanted to do was give up on my dream of creating a business that I can truly be proud of.

My dream is to develop not only a business but a that helps other people and businesses create . I want to develop a team around me that can live out their dream and do what they ! I want to give other people freedom that few people ever experience but FIRST, I have to find that myself... which is why I , , , and put into everything that I preach.

Today, I was reminded of that is to my success.

I have to watch, listen to, read, or interact with someone that I look up to and someone that has .

Today, that person was Russel Brunson.

The funny thing about the video that I watched was that it was him just talking about an upcoming webinar that he is doing that will be a training and (most likely) a sales pitch. It doesn't matter that he was during the video, what matters is that he was about what he was doing.

He what he does and he has developed a around him to build his brand!

I WILL achieve my and I WILL my business into the living and breathing being that I want it to be.

I WILL find my and I WILL change lives.

I WILL create my 501c3 that serves of terminally ill parents because that holds a place in my heart due to my own .

....

You are never alone.

THE SLOWEST GUY ON THE TREADMILL!!
Hi, My name is Joseph Gallaher and I am the SLOWEST guy on the treadmill.

To date, I have created multiple businesses, sold several, helped others launch their businesses, and been apart of several product launches BUT...

I procrastinate, get sidetracked, walk away from half-finished products to start another one. and sometimes go DAYS without getting much if anything done at all.

Ultimately, everything gets done. Not in the time I would like it to. Sometimes things that should take days take WEEKS.
Today, I am encouraging you to START creating that course. Start building that FUNNEL. Start designing that APP. Start doing strategy sessions with people.

Today I am encouraging you to be the SLOWEST person on the treadmill. GET IN THE GAME. CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

If you do this, you will be FASTER than everyone on the couch, on the sidelines. You will NO LONGER be a spectator but you will be IN THE GAME...

So you released a blog post, a video, or social media and then it does.... NOTHING! Nobody likes or comments... Oh wait 3 liked it. Much better, right? Not!

You want to give up. What's the point? What's the point of having a product or a funnel if you can't get even get traffic to flow through it?

You try ads and all you did was burn a hole in your wallet.

It frustrates you, but don't be. Here's why...

This isn't a sign that you're a loser. Let me show you the bigger picture...

You release 30 videos over 30 days (that's cranking) and they're amazing. This is on Facebook or Instagram btw. Suddenly one takes off organically. Wow. It get's major views, comments are flooding and it takes you by surprise.

All the other videos didn't get the traction but you wouldn't have improved without having to go through the process.

But suddenly that one post catches like fire.

Sooooo....

You light it up with ads and what happens next is your whole platform begins to grow in numbers. Your funnel converts and now your email list is huge. You're making money and here we come 2 comma club.

You keep striking the match until it lights. See it like that.

You're one post away. You're one video away. You're one funnel away... We call it the numbers game.

Take it from Edison: "I didn’t fail 1,000 times. The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps."

So don't see this as, "I've failed!"

See it as step 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and etc.

But more than likely you won't make it to post 100 before you find a winning post that floods your world with people that need you.

So don't give up. You're just a few steps away according to Edison. And Russell:)

The ten commandments of entrepreneurship.
1. You must have a high threshold for pain and being uncomfortable.
2. You must constantly confront what is not working.
3. You must be willing to completely IGNORE criticism that comes from the wrong place.. NON-BUYERS AND NON-DOERS.
4. You must be willing to put yourself out there. There are no silent rockstars.
5. You must really want to help people and to do that you MUST give a damn.
6. You MUST add value to people with EVERY post, comment, video, email or webinar.
7. You must focus on your business and not the side show. FOCUS is EVERYTHING.
8. You must be willing to give it all you have got every single day, plus another 10%.
9. You must be willing to delegate the things that you are just not that good at.
10. You must always surround yourself with really smart people.
