Free Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) Compliance Webinars
June 2021 - TCEQ is hosting FREE webinars for underground storage tank (UST) owners and operators to explain UST reporting and record-keeping requirements.
The federal Energy Policy Act of 2005 requires facilities with USTs to be inspected at least once every three years. TCEQ's Small Business and Local Government Assistance (SBLGA) program is hosting free webinars to help owners and operators be prepared for compliance investigations.

During the two-hour webinar we will discuss the contents of the UST Compliance Notebook and provide examples of the records you’ll need to show compliance during an investigation. SBLGA staff will be available to answer questions.

Provide maintenance and repair to several types of permanent BMP (Best Management Practices) Stormwater Systems. Inspect and maintain stormwater flow. This work can be physically demanding. Requires the use on normal landscape equipment, mowers and heavy equipment. Pay rate will be discussed and evaluated.
