Eric came out to help us with carpenter ants. He was beyond nice and professional. He took his time, none of it felt rushed, he was very thorough in his assessment, and happily answered every single question I had (which was a lot). He left me with great instructions in terms of what to look for after he was done spraying and I really love their 90 day guarantee policy. I researched a lot of local companies prior to calling them. So if you're like me doing research to find the absolute best company to come take care of your pest problem the first time, I can't recommend them enough. Pricing was very reasonable and transparent as well which is something I appreciate.

I want to extend a HUGE thank you to your company and specifically to Jeremy Gade for your/his service last Friday.

Having ended up with my husband in the ER from the yellow jackets, it was critically important to me to get someone out to our house same-day. After one other company's representative actually laughed when I asked about same-day, how relieved I was to find out that Be There could actually BE HERE.

Then, Jeremy arrived and was so personable, friendly, kind, and calm. He clearly explained everything and then went on to completely take care of the problem. We have found ZERO live wasps in the house since Jeremy was here. Thank you, thank you, for all you did for us, Jeremy!

"Matt came to exterminate bees that took up residence in our siding. He was very professional. I also asked if he could find the hole where a mouse got in and he located it and plugged it within 5 minutes. He was very pleasant and didn’t try to up sell me on anything. I would highly recommend this company."
