Twenty-five years ago, on September 11, 2001, our nation was forever changed.

Today, Am******on Storage Components remembers the nearly 3,000 lives lost, honors the first responders who ran toward danger, and stands with the families who continue to carry the weight of that day.

We also remember the unity, courage, and resilience Americans showed in the days and years that followed.

We will never forget.

Today we celebrate the U.S. Army's 251st Birthday. Yes, that's right - the Army is over a year older than the United States itself. The U.S. Army originated as the Continental Army, established by the Second Continental Congress to unify the colonies against British rule. Congress unanimously appointed George Washington as its Commander-in-Chief. Washington transformed a ragtag group of local militias into a professional fighting force capable of defeating the British Army. GoArmy
