It’s Warehouse Appreciation Week! 🚛

We figured we’d start with the basics: hot breakfast and clean trucks!

Our drivers spend their days out with customers. They see what’s going on, hear what’s working, hear what’s not, and bring that information back to the rest of us. They’re often the first face of Action that our customers see and we’re lucky to have a great group of guys representing us every day.

They deserve a little recognition this week. Give them a shoutout in the comments! 👏

Some people answer the phone. Brett delivers an experience.

“Good morning, Brett speaking. How may I provide you with exceptional service today?”

No script.
No training exercise.
No joke — this is genuinely how he answers every single call.
And if he answered the phone any other way, people would probably think something was wrong. We know we would.

In a world of phone trees, transfers, and “please hold,” hearing Brett pick up the line is a pretty refreshing change.
We could use a few more Bretts in this world. ❤️

We had the honor of attending the Stop Soldier Su***de event last night alongside so many people and organizations supporting our veteran community.
As Memorial Day approaches, it’s a reminder of what this weekend is really about.
Thank you to those who served, those we remember, and the families who continue to carry that sacrifice every day.
Proud to support organizations making a real difference for veterans and their families.

Old Architecture. New Technology.

Yesterday, part of the Action team was at the Smithsonian Arts and Industries Building for the installation of their new Cenobot autonomous cleaning robot.

Hard not to stop for a second and appreciate the history and detail inside this building.

Grateful to be part of projects like this. And thank you to for the trust they put in us. Looking forward to supporting the team there.
