This is my happy face 🙃

Lol, seriously. I tend to make this serious face when I’m focused.

Anywho, I recently took a break from social media to focus on my clients, my family & myself.

Everyday, I make a conscious effort to expand my mind + learn something new.

These past few weeks have been so full of growth, I’ve set some pretty big goals for 2021.

Can wait to share more in these upcoming weeks 😜

Start documenting processes & workflows. Hint: It doesn’t need to be perfect.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Pro Tip: Loom videos are great for this and will help with onboarding new team members quickly.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

When a client hires me, I know their taking a leap of faith. After all, they are making a financial investment into their biz which can be scary ish. ⁣

I value their biz just as much as I value mine. Which is why I always over deliver. Success is built on trust. ⁣
⁣
What this means is:⁣
⁣
𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭⁣
❌Cut corners⁣
❌Deliver work to them you’re not happy with.⁣
❌Have a mentality of “that’s not my job” ⁣
⁣

✅ Try to anticipate their needs before they even realize them. ⁣
✅ Be honest- If you notice a way they can improve their biz, bring it up. ⁣
