Handle inbound and outbound calls in a confident, professional manner.
β
Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
β
Promote relevant services and upsell where appropriate.
β
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and appointment setting

Prior experience in the Home Improvement or Roofing industry (prefer)
β
Fluent English speaking and interpersonal skills
β
Strong ability to close over the phone with persuasion and professionalism
β
Ability to thrive under pressure in a performance-based environment
β
Familiarity with CRM tools and managing call records
