Methodology
I use an Orton-Gillingham based multi-sensory approach. Instruction is individualized based on initial and ongoing assessment. Assessment
I offer a program specific assessment through which I will assess your student and determine if my methods are appropriate to teach them. From this I will generate an initial treatment plan. Qualifications
Childhood Education, M.S. Childhood Special Education, M.S. I hold teaching licenses in NY and CA. I have extensive experience in teaching, implementing multi-sensory learning techniques, and working with people with individual and learning differences. Fees
My rate is $75 per hourly session within Rockland County, and $140 for 2 weekly sessions. The sessions are about an hour, with 50 minutes instruction and 10 minutes meeting with the parent or client at the end of the session.
