We’re excited to welcome Marita J. Kelley to DAZA Development as a Municipal and Grant Specialist!

Marita brings decades of leadership in public finance, economic development, and municipal management. Most recently serving as Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer for the City of Harrisburg, she has also held key roles with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including the Department of Community and Economic Development.

Throughout her career, Marita has led major financial recovery efforts, overseen impactful funding programs, and supported communities through strategic planning and resource development. Her experience and insight will be a tremendous asset as we continue to support organizations in strengthening their operations and advancing their mission.
