How do you hold your ground when a meeting gets tense?

It’s a question many women leaders wrestle with. When the pressure rises, our natural instinct is often to either force a rigid front or completely soften our message to keep the peace. Neither approach gives us the impact we want.

True executive presence isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room. It’s about being the steadiest.

On June 20th, we’re gathering an intimate cohort of women leaders at the Center for Conscious Horsemanship in New Egypt, NJ. Through ground-based exercises, our herd of horses will act as a live biofeedback loop, showing you exactly how you handle uncertainty and helping you cultivate a calm, unshakeable authority.

If you are ready to stop second-guessing yourself in high-stakes conversations, your seat in the circle is waiting.

Where do you go when you want to look beneath the surface of your own leadership? 🌿

True professional presence isn't something you can learn from a slide deck. It’s felt. It’s practiced. And it requires a safe, supportive environment where you can step away from the daily noise and explore how you truly show up when the pressure is on.

On June 20th, we are opening up the arena in New Egypt, NJ, for a unique day of self-discovery and ground-based equine coaching. This is a collaborative space of exploration, where you’ll partner with the profound, non-judgmental wisdom of a herd of horses and two dedicated guides:

✨ Pam, a Certified Master Equus Coach with a background in high-pressure corporate environments like JP Morgan, who helps you uncover the subtle physical and energetic patterns that influence your daily impact.

✨ Gretchen Rickards, an executive coach, leadership consultant, and internal medicine physician with nearly twenty years of experience coaching leaders in high-stakes, high-accountability settings like academic medicine and the military. She brings a practical, diagnostic approach to helping you translate your inherent capability into clear, confident leadership.

They won't just watch you interact with the herd. Together, they work as partners in your growth, helping you connect the deep insights from the arena to the real-world challenges you handle every day.

This is an intimate, high-touch day limited to just 8 women leaders. If you’re ready for a supportive space to breathe, reflect, and expand your presence, we would love to welcome you.

The Details:

Let’s be honest: Most of us don't need more "theories" on leadership. We already know the "what." What we’re often looking for is the "how."

How do we stay grounded when the room gets tense? How do we lead with warmth without losing our edge?

We believe the best way to learn these things isn't behind a desk—it’s in the presence of a horse.

Join us on June 20th for a day of ground-based equine coaching. No riding, no PowerPoints—just real, honest shifts in how you show up.

What You Will Experience:
- Presence: Understand how you come across under attention and uncertainty.
- Communication: Identify where your message gets unintentionally diluted.
- Integration: Practice new ways of responding in the moment with immediate feedback.

Ever catch yourself “softening” your message in a high-stakes meeting?

Maybe you’ve just made a brilliant point, but then you keep talking for three more minutes to “justify” it. Or perhaps you notice yourself adding a “just” or a “does that make sense?” to a directive because you’re subconsciously trying to manage the room’s comfort level.

We call this the Presence Gap. 🌿

It’s that frustrating space between how talented and prepared you actually are, and how you are being experienced by others in the moment. It isn’t a competence issue—it’s a nervous system response.

When the pressure is on, our bodies often go into a subtle “retreat,” making us play smaller just when we need to be at our most expansive.
On June 20, 2026, we are inviting a small group of women leaders into the arena to close that gap for good.

Why horses? Because a horse doesn't care about your resume or your title. They respond to your energy and your clarity in real-time. If you are “softening” your message or holding back your truth, the horse won't move. They demand a version of you that is grounded, clear, and fully present.

When you find that frequency with a 1,200-pound teacher, you never forget what it feels like. You take that new sense of steady, unshakeable presence back to your boardroom, your team, and your life.
We have only 8 spots available to ensure this is an intimate, high-touch experience. We’d love to have you in the circle with us.

Standing on the Shoulders of Giants

A few days ago I shared how the same lesson that helped me build our farm and develop leaders applies just as powerfully to personal growth.

For years, I was stuck in the same painful cycle.

I had dreams for my next chapter — but I didn’t have the roadmap or expertise. The vulnerability of stepping into the unknown kept me starting… and stopping.

What changed everything?

I finally became brave enough to stand on the shoulders of giants — and I surrounded myself with an incredible community of people who were willing to help me navigate what I was trying to create.

Through Unbridled Life Coaching, we partner with our beloved rescued horses to support deep personal growth and transformation. These gentle, wise beings help you release old patterns and step into your life with more clarity, confidence, and peace.

You don’t have to carry the weight of the unknown by yourself.

If you’re navigating a personal transition or are ready to grow with more authenticity and courage, we’d love to explore how equine-assisted coaching can support you. Feel free to reach out — we’d be honored to connect.

Who has been a giant in your personal journey? Drop their name or comment!

Second-guessing can feel like being careful. And sometimes, it is.

But there is a difference between seeking useful perspective and repeatedly looking outside yourself because you don’t trust your own signal.

Confidence does not mean you never ask for support. It means you learn to pause before outsourcing what you already know.

That pause matters.

It gives you a chance to hear yourself before the outside noise gets too loud.

Where do you tend to look for confirmation before trusting yourself?

Confidence is often misunderstood.

We tend to picture it as bold, outspoken, and certain. The person who walks into the room and takes charge. The person who always knows what to say.

But confidence can be much quieter than that.

It can look like staying present when you feel nervous.
Taking one clear step without needing everyone to understand it.
Holding your ground without raising your voice.

Horses remind us of this often.

They don’t need performance to recognize presence. They respond to what is steady, clear, and congruent.

Sometimes confidence is not about becoming louder.

Sometimes it is about becoming more rooted.

If this resonates with you, drop a 💛 in the comments.

Sometimes, we know something no longer fits…and stay anyway because it is familiar.

A role.
A relationship dynamic.
A way of shrinking.
A version of yourself that once helped you belong.

There is nothing wrong with having needed what you once needed.

But growth can ask us to loosen our grip on what is familiar, even before we know exactly what comes next.

That space in between can feel uncomfortable.

It can also be where something truer begins.

What feels familiar in your life right now—but no longer fully fits?

Big news from the arena! 🐴✨

We are so excited to share a project Pam has been working on behind the scenes. While our mission here at Unbridled Life Coaching has always been personal growth and transformation, we’ve seen a growing need for these same tools in the professional world.

Introducing Unbridled Minds—our sister brand dedicated to professional development and executive presence.

To kick things off, we are hosting a special pilot workshop on May 30th in New Egypt, NJ created specifically for women leaders.

"When Capability Isn’t Enough" is a one-day immersion for women in leadership roles who want to bridge the gap between their expertise and their impact. Using the immediate, honest feedback of horses, we’ll explore how to hold your presence and communicate with clarity when the stakes are high.

No "corporate" lectures—just honest, transformative feedback and practical strategies to help you lead with the same clarity you’ve found in your personal growth.

Because this is an intimate pilot experience, we are limiting the group to just 8 participants.

Staying safe can feel wise.

It can look like waiting a little longer, asking for one more opinion, softening what you really mean, or choosing the familiar path again.

Sometimes that is wisdom.

And sometimes it is fear wearing the clothes of wisdom.

Because staying safe has a cost, too.

It can cost you honesty. Momentum. Visibility. The chance to find out what might have happened if you had trusted yourself enough to begin.

Safety matters. But so does aliveness.

What has staying safe cost you lately?
