VOLUME & COMMERCIAL SUPPLIERS

For a number of years, we have struggled to balance in-house buying, maintaining routes, and processing shipped loads. We want to do better about streamlining our operations and hopefully paying just as competitively in the process.

❌Picking up routes and miscellaneous stops in different areas across the eastern United States is challenging, expensive in terms of wages, fuel, & sleepless nights, and creates a lot of unreliability on the backend of operations due to travel delays, endless on-site grading, loading, transiting, unloading, coordinating cash with banks whether they do or don’t want to provide that day, & the list goes on. One delay can back up hours or days, these stack into weeks. It becomes an endless cycle of rescheduling and cancelling on customers.

❌We receive pushback from corporate dealers and established shops regarding:
1). Techs and non-management employees handling cash from core pickups
2). Techs and non-management employees viewing receipts and pricing on individual cores being sold by the business

❌As our world unfortunately progresses in greed and desensitizing actions, we want to protect our buyers and keep them safe by eliminating the majority of the cash-on-the-road factor. We by no means support cashless society, but we do want to promote safety.

🚨We want to put these issues to an end!

3 MAJOR UPDATES:
✅——We will be updating and maintaining MONTHLY routes, no more biweekly pickups. We will reach out down the lists and get everyone on the same page for their pickup week

✅——As we are primarily designed to conduct Business-to-Business operations, when we receive your materials, consider payment terms to be net 7 day terms to allow grading & processing, though we will do our best to have paperwork processed and payments issued sooner. If being picked up, you will be provided an itemized inventory manifest at pickup

✅——Your Hoosier Core Processing, LLC core app will be updating with big changes:
1). All cores EXCEPT converters will remain on the app. CONVERTERS WILL BE REMOVED.
2). You will be able to access our separate converter app upon us providing access to you.

We understand our functions won’t work for everyone, and while we are beyond thankful for the opportunities God gives us to take part in this industry, we acknowledge that not everyone’s needs can be met through one source—but we can do our best!

A few updates:

-Our Fort Wayne public location will be open to the public starting the first week of May! Commercial pickups will continue as efficiently as we are able in the mean time.

-Our company app is in renovation! For our commercial customers needing current converter pricing, contact CatDB and tell them you need Hoosier Core Processing pricing and they will get you set up! For commercial pricing on other cores in the meantime, contact us directly as our core app is in renovation for updates.
