Every Thursday is our happy hour end of the week, feel-good, dance-it-out moment 🫶🏽 Come catch a vibe with us at Legacy Dance School in East Haven every Thursday at 7PM!

$10 drop-in. No pre-sign ups needed. Just pull up & move with us 🤍

While our Unity Zumba Tour keeps us moving around, Thursdays are our one consistent home base every week 🪩 We’ve got the music, the energy, the community… we’re just missing YOU.

UNITY FAM 💛☀️

Join us for TWO free outdoor classes at East Rock Park on May 19th & 26th ! Open to anyone who wants to move, laugh, sweat, and dance with us 🕺✨ Bring a friend, your water, and all the good energy.

This is more than a class… it’s community 🫶🏽
And trust me, we’re just getting started 👀 Indoor pop-up classes are in the works for June, so stay hopeful and excited for what’s to come, Unity family.

We’ll keep dancing no matter where we are 💛

There’s a few things to unpack in this video 😂

1. I clearly had an idea for this reel…and never followed through with it 😭 now it’s just a cute little memory of how I greet everyone every class.
2. When I told them to “talk” and just say “ajdkdkdk” for the background audio…what they were ACTUALLY saying in that hallway, we may never know 😂
3. Why do they always go along with my shenanigans??? 😂

But honestly, it’s these little moments in between the dancing that brought us closer. Then we’d go sweat it out, leave everything on the dance floor, and do it all over again the next week 🤍

Crazy how a room full of music and movement turned into something this meaningful. ❤️

Truthfully we made this space feel ALIVE every week ✨

For 2 years, the Q House became a place where we could let go of real life for a little while and just feel joy, confidence, release, and connection. Then somewhere along the way strangers became familiar faces, and familiar faces became chances to connect and be comfortable around.

Thank you to everyone that would show up week in and week out, to everyone that brought a friend or family member, to everyone who participated in our themes, to everyone that allowed themselves to open up 🥹

The ending of this night reminded me that Unity was never about the building. It was always about the people in it. 🫶🏼

This might look like an ending… but for us, home is wherever we are ✨

We may be in between spaces right now, but what we do have is something stronger than any studio… OUR COMMUNITY. The unknown can put me down but instead I lean on them and they empower me more to never give up. The energy, the love, the way we show up.. that’s what keeps us moving forward 🤞🏼

Zumba has changed our lives, and we know it can continue to change others. We’re on the search for a new space where we can be fully ourselves, bring our energy, and feel welcomed exactly as we are.

If you know of any spaces indoor or outdoor where we can host our classes, please reach out. Your support means everything to us.

Because as long as we have UNITY we already have everything we need. 💃🏽🔥❤️
