BBB, Connecticut— it is an honor to be chosen for this month’s spotlight!
Since joining the Better Business Bureau, our team has had tremendous and overwhelming success our my endeavors.
Our Claims For You LLC office culture has strengthened monumentally since being associated with the organization that is the symbol of ‘Trust’.
The trust is felt among my staff members; we have strengthened our team chemistry and have maximize efficiency due to the amplification of trust inside our work culture.
The results are tangible and clear!
We are grateful to be serving our communities, while strengthening our team’s rapport simultaneously.

One of the newest members of BBB, Connecticut’s Board of Directors is Damond Toles, owner of Claims For You LLC. We asked Damond what BBB and our mission means to him.
“BBB is really about looking out for one another. It’s a promise that heart and integrity still have a place in business. Serving on the BBB board is my way of helping build a community where everyone can thrive with a little more peace of mind. I’ve always felt that the BBB is the soul of our marketplace. It’s about leading with kindness and making sure honesty is just the way things are done. That focus on people is what drives me, especially with my own team. My recent win is how we’ve really united. We’ve focused on the impact we’re making together. It’s a great feeling to look around and know that we’re all showing up for something bigger.”
