Here is an example of a typical Hydraulic System in a Manufacturing Facility.
Some fluid systems will multiply contaminants faster than others depending on the environment they're in, the hours of operation or the work load.
It is critical to keep the fluid near perfectly clean especially in Hydraulic Systems with higher pressures, Piston Pumps and Servo Valves and most other valves, due to the extreme tight tolerances.
Regularly changing the filters on your Hydraulics is important but most filters on the Hydraulic Systems will not filter down the manufacturers specs of cleanliness.
If your Equipment suffers from valve issues pump or cylinder loss, then more than likely it is due to fluid contamination.
I'd be glad to help troubleshoot any Hydraulic problems you have and come up with solutions to save you downtime and money.
