Help Wanted: Recycling Center Staff
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our recycling center team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors and takes pride in keeping the community clean.
Position: Recycling Center Staff
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time hours available during the summer season and work available during school breaks. This is an ideal position for someone in college and looking to make money when they are home.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist, educate and charge customers for refuse disposal.
Assist customers will signing up for annual registration or bottle and can drop off.
Assist customers at the bottle redemption center
Perform roadside litter pickup as assigned
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
Experience working outdoors in all types of weather
Basic computer skills
Strong customer service experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable and punctual
