Day 1 of the Acceleraise Staff Retreat brought our team together across New Orleans and Belize, with Cheyenne leading the retreat experience for our Belize team.
We reflected on where we are as a firm and had honest conversations about confidence and growth. We also explored tools that can help us work more effectively.

Stepping away from our day-to-day work gave us space to learn from one another and be intentional about how we continue growing together.

We closed out Day 1 with fresh ideas and are looking forward to Day 2 today!

This week, Derrick traveled to New York as one of just 11 finalists for the 2026 Robert G. Wilmers Integrity Prize, which recognizes leaders whose integrity, vision, and service are creating meaningful change in their communities.
