As we know, it is not that easy to just ride the waves and take things as they come. You have to identify that you are harboring a lot of negative feelings inside and commit to healing.

Therefore, their natural rest state stays in disequilibrium. Consequently, this imbalance affects all areas of life.

If you want to be in the flow of life and learn to move through obstacles with ease, it is possible if you own your pain and heal it.
