LOCATION CHANGE UPDATE: From Phoenix, AZ to Columbia, SC.

Hello everyone! I am organizing a Candlelight Vigil for my son and other missing Americans, and I would greatly appreciate your help in making this event a reality.

The Vigil will take place on Saturday, June 28, 2025, in Columbia, SC, to mark the date my son went missing on June 23, 2021. This event aims to raise awareness about the crisis of missing Americans and to encourage action from our elected officials and law enforcement agencies.

I hope to see a strong media presence at this Vigil that transcends the bias we have witnessed for decades.

Let’s unite, family, and make this event significant! Join me in this important cause.

If you want to share your loved one's story at the event, please visit http://pleasehelpfinddaniel.com to sign up. To support this event, consider making a donation. You can also help organize by joining the team. For more information, you can reach out via email at [email protected]. Thank you!

If anyone is interested, here is the talk I did at the Cold Case Symposium last week, it’s an hour long. I told Mickey’s story and then got to talk about mine and all the things Resource Association for Missing People - RAMissingPeople and Shunick Missing Persons does. They are sending us our videos, so I’ll put it on my YouTube channel soon.

I had the privilege of sitting down with the What Came Next_ podcast and the host Amy Chesler. We discussed what happened to Mickey as well as what my life has been like due to the public and media not allowing us time to heal.

Just here to remind you guys that I’m speaking on a panel Monday for National Crime Victims Rights Week about making true crime ethical.

We have 3 unique perspectives to have a discussion about how things can be better for everyone involved. My family doesn’t want Mickey’s story told anymore but many families do want the support and awareness.

Talk starts at 1:00pm central time ❤️
