Tiffany Vega-Gibson (Upsilon Chapter, SP04) is the Founder of La Vega Management, LLC (LVM), a small, New Orleans-based producing, management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Anti-Racism consulting company.

LVM provides various services such as producing independent productions, non-profit management, tour management, event and conference planning, and professional development. She is a trained and certified Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion facilitator through artEquity and Northwestern University.

Tiffany currently serves on the National Board of the Parent Artist Advocacy League - P**L for Performing Arts and the Board of Directors for Kyoung's Pacific Beat. We are proud of your hard work! You are the embodiment of a Universal Woman.
