Want to start a non profit?

Non-profit administration takes quite a deal of effort and manpower - just to run the organization, before you've provided a single service. Grant-writing, facility management, PAYROLL and HR, contracts,

Generally speaking, joining the efforts of an existing org has more community impact (i.e. makes more of a difference) than creating a new org from scratch. Our community suffers from effort duplication.

Ask around, first. If another org is already doing the work, consider working with them rather than creating yet another non profit.
