We're celebrating four 5-year anniversaries at Crescent Power, and today it's Shelby's turn!

Shelby has had one of the more dynamic paths at CPS — she started in our quotations department, transitioned into project engineering supporting our integrated power distribution solutions, and has ultimately expanded into project management, now working both roles at once.

Shelby has a real knack for working through technical challenges and picking up new skills quickly, and she brings that same energy to the service she provides internal and external clients alike. She builds genuine, lasting relationships with her clients, and that rapport shows up directly in the strength of those partnerships.

Brandie brings more than 15 years of professional experience supporting industrial and engineering environments. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in document control and technical documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, compliance, and efficient project ex*****on. Her experience working in complex industrial environments has provided her with a strong understanding of the importance of detailed documentation and consistent processes in supporting successful operations and projects. Outside of work, Brandie enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and making the most of the outdoors.

We're celebrating a few 5-year anniversaries at Crescent Power — today it's Kalyn's turn!

Kalyn joined as a Project Manager and became our first-ever Project Management Team Lead, earning a promotion to Senior Project Manager along the way. Her knowledge of PDC buildings is second to none, and clients and colleagues alike rely on her for it.

What really sets Kalyn apart is her work ethic and attention to detail — she brings a level of care to every project that raises the bar for the whole team. And when clients hit a tricky problem, her creative thinking is what gets them to a solution.

Michael Solomon is officially transitioning from his summer internship with Crescent Power Systems into a full-time Associate Project Engineer role! After earning his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Orleans, with a concentration in Power Systems, Michael is excited to continue building his career with CPS.

During his internship, Michael gained valuable hands-on experience in quotations, project ex*****on, and electrical engineering while developing a strong foundation in customer-focused technical solutions. He is passionate about learning, collaboration, and finding innovative ways to help CPS clients succeed.

While at UNO, Michael served as Vice President of the National Society of Black Engineers chapter, helping grow membership and create professional development opportunities for fellow engineering students. Outside of work, Michael enjoys staying active, traveling, exploring new cultures, and connecting with others through music and community involvement.
