Don’t believe the HYPE! No one always feels this good!

Don’t get me wrong I LOVE my work, but I’m also, like many of you, a small business owner. Operating in an uncertain economic and global political climate.

Being everything in your business has many blessings: ✨Autonomy

✨Freedom to set/change rules

✨Fexible with your working hours and lots more.

Conversations I am having with the many small business owners and solopreneurs I work with every week, sound a lot like this:

1️⃣There are big decisions to be made and they’re looking to me for direction. I’m not sure.

2️⃣Cashflow is tight and there are wages to go out. I’m awaiting payments and it’s tough.

3️⃣ I have big DREAMS, I don’t feel confident to take action on.

The positive feedback I’m hearing the most, is my clients are feeling SUPPORTED.

They are finding the confidence to dream BIGGER. Regardless.

They have clear statements of intent they can share with the bank, their people, potential investors or partners on where they are heading. And clarity on what they aim to achieve.

They also get an action plan including suggestions on resourcing, marketing, collaborations and of course, how to feel more resilient. Plus support texts in between sessions.
