This was attached to gift card from one of 114 7th Grade math students. I never thought that teaching would give me such a joy. I pursued it because it came natural and I wanted to be like the teachers that empowered me in Middle and High School.

Unpacking my gifts from my students today, I came across this message from one them. Dealing with middle schoolers, you get kids that are trying to find out who they are and they want to question the smallest things! You get different versions of them daily because they are in search their "WHY" for everything in existence.

I-AM grateful God that you have placed me in this profession and ask that you continue to use me. Speak through me, guide my words and my actions. Continue to mold me into that version of myself that you created me to be. To all "WE DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE"! The race is not given to the swift but to the one who endures... KEEP THE FAITH
