RUN HAPPY UPDATE: Happy Thursday everyone! I’ve got some exciting news to share with you all. I recently accepted a new role with Brooks, which means I won’t be posting to the page anymore. However, I DO get to stay in Nola, which is super fun! When we get a new guru in the territory they will pick up the handle.

It’s been an incredible 3.5 years as the New Orleans Guru and connecting with people at events across the territory. I’m excited for the new adventure ahead and if you still want to connect with me be sure to follow my personal page

Work Hard. Run Happy. Firecracker 🧨 5k weekend with the crew was a blast this weekend. I love getting to jump into local races around the gulf coast territory. 10/10 would recommend putting this hilly 5k on your calendar for the 4th of July next year!
