Hey folks, I looked at a late 19th/early 20th C Chickering in an estate this morning. About 6’3” and unusually wide at 5’ 3 1/2”. It needs the music rack and lyre repaired and some TLC in the action and has brass hammer flanges which can be tricky to work with but lots of potential. No serial number because it was restrung, pins still tight, and soundboard repaired in the distant past and the plate was repainted. It’s simply looking for a home not lots of money. Hit me up if anyone’s interested.

my customer is getting a grand and wants to sell this Boston upright. One owner and it’s literally like new. Tuned regularly, and I did some voicing and regulation last year. They make a big deal that it’s designed by Steinway but the key is that these are manufactured by Kawai and are solid instruments. asking $4k. Reach out if interested!
