I can put products in your hair from here to Neptune, but if your hair is excessively dry, your ends are damaged, or you’re overdue for a haircut, there’s only so much those products can do!

One thing I constantly emphasize as a licensed cosmetologist is that a beautiful hairstyle starts long before the styling process begins.

No, you’re absolutely right. Your price is your price, and you should never feel obligated to bargain with anyone over it.

However, there is a way to professionally communicate your pricing without it becoming abrasive, aggressive, or confrontational. Neither the stylist nor the client should feel like they’re being forced into anything.
